Privacy Policy

These bi-swinger parties are on-premise and held in a private home in London, Ontario, Canada. We take privacy seriously and all information is confidential. E-mail addresses and contact information is not shared with any 3rd party.

We also take Health Safety very seriously too and so records must be kept. Swingers are serious about safe sex and protecting our partners - We insist on condoms for intercourse and anal sex.

Full ID is recorded for the safety of all guests.

Our house parties are proud that we began as one of the first events in Canada that welcomed single men and also accepts bi-sexuality as natural. It was founded in the year 2003, for those who made a decision to remain single. The host is single by choice, never married by choice and happy by choice.

We do not discriminate. Singles are welcome. Bi-sexuality is welcome. All ages and all looks - without clothes, we all all equal. You are never too old to enjoy sex, even if it is just watching and being social.

Bi means enjoying the best of both worlds.

Privacy Policy

Obviously, this page could contain any amount of legal mumbo jumbo and double talk, so you have no idea what we mean. Further, you could hire a Lawyer, or we could hire a Lawyer and make them rich arguing about a typo.

First and foremost, we hold private parties and they are run with ethics.
That is our privacy policy in a nutshell.
Ethics.

  1. Our mailing list is private and not for sale. Anyone may ask to be removed at any time. All party announcements are mailed as infrequently as possible (I hate spam too). All are sent with blind cc's.

  2. Guests are welcome to ask for e-mail addresses of contacts they made during the party. Our policy is to forward the request to the person directly; it is up to them to decide to reply.

  3. All guests are required to have a first name only written on them as a name tag. This is for safe sex. We need to be able to identify partners if there is a problem (i.e. condoms refused to be worn). Anonymous sex is not acceptable.

  4. Full ID is recorded for all guests and kept on file. Anonymous sex is not acceptable.

  5. If you are found having unsafe sex without a condom, or attempting sexual assault with a guest, you will be blacklisted and your identity posted to warn others. Our responsibility is for the safety of our guests and not protecting criminal acts of others.

  6. Id information will only be released to the London Middlesex Health Unit if ever required for safety of others.

  7. If you are cheating on your spouse, that is unsafe sex and places all guests at risk. Bring your Spouse along.

Any requests to film or take pictures require consent

As host, I enjoy being on camera for others to watch. Part of my lifestyle. The member's area has my entire life captured on camera and I have nothing to hide. I have no regrets - from being nude as an artist's model in large classes to the nude beach. I encourage members to ask me to join them during sex on camera for their own collections. Sex is a natural part of life.

I have been on both side of the camera for over 30 years. From head of the Darkroom Club in high school to Photography Clubs learning with models. Then to modeling for artists of all levels. Consent is important in all cases.

As Host I always entertain naked and never wear clothes the second I step in my home. My personal lifestyle. Not for everyone and this is why we have a privacy statement.

Members are welcome to submit pictures for the member's area. It is a personal choice. A consent form is required to comply with 2257 laws, just to say you are of legal age and have given consent. I encourage members to put a copyright note on all personal pictures. If you do not have editing tools, I can assist.
